A Bit About UsOne Solution Building Services was born out of the idea that anyone looking for professional building services, insurance repairs and building maintenance could find the Solution to their needs in one place. Work performed in the insurance industry ranges from simple ‘patch and paint’ work, impact repairs, small and large fires, to complete rebuilds of houses. We strive to provide good customer service, communication and workmanship at all times and Roger has a proven track record with many large insurance companies. We are able to service all around Queensland and Northern New South Wales, and have a core trade team, with full licenses and registrations in place. Each team member is respected for the skills and experience they bring to One Solution Building Services. In addition to this team, we have an extensive network of further resources when required. Our dedication to customer satisfaction means that we must always take pride in the quality of our work whilst ensuring a high degree of reliability and versatility. We are proud of the results we have achieved in extreme circumstances following major weather events. As such, we insist that our team members have all the appropriate licensing and registrations in place. Our team is dedicated to client satisfaction, and always aim to please. Safety is an important part of our business. One Solution Building Services has extensive Workplace Health and Safety policies in place to ensure the wellbeing of both our workers and our clients, and are qualified by Cm3. For complete peace-of-mind, we are fully insured under Public Liability insurance, with coverage up to $20 million. We are fully licensed by the QBCC under licence number 1235501 & NSW licence number 251645C. As a member of the Queensland Master Builders Association & the HIA, we receive support, technical information and assistance when required. |
